Another upbeat baby update for Chris Brown! As HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned, the singer and his baby mama, Nia Amey, both only want the best for their daughter Royalty. So, can these two get on the same page about custody and child support? We have the answer.

Chris Brown, 25, and his daughter’s mother, Nia Amey, might have gotten off to a strange start, but we have EXCLUSIVELY learned that both parents are trying to stay drama free for the sake ofRoyalty! Yet, between finalizing finances and family time for their 9-month-old baby, there is a lot for these two to sort out! We have the details on how the parents are figuring out a plan.

Chris Brown & Nia Amey: Navigating Custody & Support For Royalty

“He and Nia are talking about money and custody. Chris would much rather work out an agreements with Nia himself than spend that money on lawyers and court fees,” an insider EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com.
In fact, “they both believe that money should go to Royalty so they’re trying to work that out themselves first,” adds our EXCLUSIVE source. Well, kudos to these two!
At the same time, we have EXCLUSIVELY learned that the singer has started to get legal guidance regarding how much he should provide for the two new women in his life.
“He did have his lawyers begin that process. Since he and Nia are not married, he didn’t know how much he’s required to pay in support and he wanted legal help. He also doesn’t want to be taken advantage of either,” an insider revealed EXCLUSIVELY to us.

Chris Brown & Baby Royalty: Plans To Introduce Her To His Family This Week

However, so far it seems that Chris is not questioning if Nia is a “Loyal” co-parent, especially since the singer is planning on bringing his new family to his hometown as soon as possible.
As we EXCLUSIVELY reported, Chris wants to bring Royalty to Virginia and show his daughter and Nia where he grew up.
“He wants to show them his old stomping grounds. Eat at some of his favorite hometown restaurants. Visit his family and hometown friends and introduce both Nia and Royalty to everyone,” add the insider.
Well, if the relationship between Chris and his baby mama stays smooth than there seems to be no reason for him to spend too much time or money on legal help.
