Hilary is ‘Cosmopolitan’s April cover girl and during her interview she randomly slammed Karrueche and Chris for tweeting about their relationship problems!
Hilary Duff has just pulled one out of left field. The normally sweet 27-year-old went off on Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran for being too public with their relationship issues. Hilary, who is currently going through a divorce with former NHL star, Mike Comrie, when off on a tangent when the Cosmopolitan interviewer brought up her ex-boyfriend Aaron Carter, who recently declared his undying love for her on Twitter.Hilary Duff Disses Chris Brown & Karreuche Tran Romance
She was talking about when Aaron took to Twitter, March 5, 2014 and said that he was still in love with her and wanted to win her back.“I’ll spend the rest of my life trying to better myself to get back to her. I don’t care what ANY of you think,” he tweeted to Hilary in March. “Don’t be that stupid douche that loses the love of your life forever … Like me.”
“Him reaching out through social media? It’s ridiculous!” she told Cosmo. “But then people do it all the time, like Chris Brown and Karrueche? Come on, guys. Keep it between text messages.”
Wow, shots fired! Why out of all the celebs that tweet about their problems would she pick on them? She’s referring to December of 2014, when Chris slammed Karrueche during one of his concerts and then took to Twitter to accuse her of cheating on him with Drake!
“I was locked up for damn near 4 months and only got 1 visit from you while u was hosting parties and taking secret trips to Toronto, going on dates with Drake!” he posted on Instagram. “When this relationship first started u knew what it was and even participated in threesomes.”
Yikes! That was intense but why call them out in Cosmo, one of the largest publications ever?!
She ended up talking a bit about her own love life, her failed marriage.
“Mike and I were very in love when we met,” Hilary said. “We both really wanted to get married. I’d been working since the age of 11 or 12, so making that choice at a young age seemed right for me. Maybe it wasn’t, but we spent the majority of our time together really happy. It wasn’t working well enough to stay together, but there was still a lot of love involved. It was just a slow set-in of us not being the match that we used to be. I’m lucky for the person he is and I am and how we decided to handle this.”
HollywoodLifers, do you think Hilary was wrong to diss Chris and Karrueche?
