Zayn Malik, 22, is going solo. Well, sort of. His pal, Naughty Boy, has confirmed that the One Direction singer appears on his brand new album, and that the pair have made plenty of music together over time. Rap music, watch out for Pretty Boy Z!

“Zayn is going to feature on my next album,” Naughty Boy told The Sun in an interview about his new music.
As HollywoodLife.com previously and EXCLUSIVELY reported, Zayn would love to pursue a rap career as a solo artist when it’s time for him to move on from 1D. Now, it looks like he is taking a step in the right direction!

Naughty Boy went on to share that the pair have been working together for a while, “I can’t deny the fact that we have made music together.” So cool!

Zayn Needs To Show His Skills, Says Naughty Boy

Not only is Naughty Boy proud to reveal that his friend, Zayn, will appear on his new album, but he’s excited for the 1D singer to finally showcase his true talents. In fact, Naughty Boy doesn’t feel that Zayn gets to do that with 1D.
“It’s a good time for Zayn to showcase what he can really do,” Naughty explained during his interview. “I don’t think that is being fully exploited with the band because there are five people and it needs to be balanced out.”
Okay, that’s a little bit of shade being thrown at One Direction, but maybe Naughty Boy is right. Maybe the best of Zayn Malik’s voice has yet to be heard? We’ll find out pretty soon!
