In fact, we have EXCLUSIVELY learned that Breezy is planning to sell his pimped-out pad in exchange for a more kid-friendly home. We have a feeling that his baby mama, 31-year-old model Nia Amey, will approve of this move!

“Chris doesn’t really want to be there much longer anyways. With all Karrueche’s stuff there, the memories he’s made since he moved in, he’s not really trying to bring his baby into that,” our source reveals.
